If our distribution center has run low on units and they therefore ship from the factory, it will take some time before you receive your order: The units will first arrive at customs in your country or region. From there, they continue to a distribution center, and from there they are shipped to you at address on file with the distribution center.
An email is sent to you automatically when your order is ready to leave on that last part of the journey from the distribution center to you.
