Just so you know: We don't ourselves handle the fulfillment and shipping. When units ship from the factory, they will first arrive at customs in your country or region. From there, they go to a distribution center, and from there they are shipped to you. You will be sent an email automatically when the units are ready to leave on that last journey from the distribution center to your address on file with the center. Be sure to check your email spam folder in case the notification ends up there!
