Troubleshooting Milo update that use a wired ethernet connection

If this is your experience:

  • Your Milo update fails when you’re using the Milo Link app on a phone or tablet that is connected to the internet via a wired ethernet connection.

Possible solution:

  1. Stop/cancel the update.
  2. Disable the wired connection
  3. Restart the update, now using a wireless (WiFi) connection.
