Milo offers a standard manufacturer's warranty. That warranty is typically a 2-year limited warranty, depending on country of purchase, and applies to all Milo hardware, both the Milos themselves and accessories.
If you have an issue related to broken hardware, please email us at email@example.com, with details describing the issue. We'll follow up with any additional clarification questions. Once we determine it is a covered issue, we'll create a shipping label for you to return the broken unit, and we'll start the process to send you a replacement unit.
