You cannot contact emergency services directly through Milo, and Milo is not certified for specific emergency use at this time. That means you don't risk triggering an emergency call by mistake.
You can of course use Milo to communicate with your group where you might not have otherwise, which means that your friends stay better informed about your situation and whereabouts: your general location, activity, and where you were heading last time your group heard from you. Being able to provide more timely and accurate details to emergency services is often the best way to assist them if that's ever needed. Let's hope it never is!
