We love our product and so do many others. We also understand that no one thing is equally right for everyone.
For that reason, when you buy directly from us, you can return your Milo and all Milo products within 30 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked. That means you don't need to make up some excuse. We want to know your real reason, so we can learn from you directly how we can improve your Milo experience.
30-Day Money-Back Return Policy (North America)
You have 30 calendar days from date of delivery to notify us and return an item you ordered directly from us. To be eligible for a full return:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it. That means it must be undamaged, fully functional, free of any marks, scratches, or wear and tear.
- You must include all the original product packaging. For a Milo, that is the box and all inserts (QSG and Warranty cards).
- All the original product accessories must be included in the return. If returning a Milo, that means: 1 action clip with its 3 rubber rings, 3 lanyards, 3 dust caps, and 1 charging cable.
To initiate a return, please fill out a Support Ticket. To speed up the process, include your name, date of purchase, order number, physical mailing address where we sent the order, and email you used for the purchase (if different from the one you're emailing us from). This helps us look up your order and verify that we have the information we need.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with packing and shipping instructions.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
