Milo has an IP67 rating: water & dust-proof
Don’t worry about getting Milo wet. Milo is waterproof and dust proof with an IP67 rating, which means it can be submerged in up to 1 meter (3 ft) of water for half an hour, and is sealed and safe from dust and sand. So you can safely bring Milo along while kitesurfing or on a dusty road bike adventure.
We recommend always rinsing Milo after it has been used in saltwater – that’s good practice for all devices. To keep the water out, we also include a few rubber caps that are custom fitted for the USB-C port.
If you use Milo in snow, remember that there can be salt and dirt in snow, so rinse and dry Milos also after snow use.
